Alongside the Vegan Fayre from Green Earth Cafe and the family picnic area on the lawn in front of The Higgins Bedford, there are also free activities and stalls to enjoy as part of the River Festival.

 

Swords & Shields Craft Activity

Saturday 23 July, 11am - 5pm

Sunday 24 July, 11am - 5pm

Join Kevin the Platypus for free family crafts activities inspired by Bedford Castle and make swords and shields to take home. 

 

No need to book, just drop in.

 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Please be aware that places are limited and there may be a wait to start.
