Puggle Club sessions at the Higgins Bedford are free, drop in anytime between 10:30am-12 midday or 1-2:30pm. Stay as long as you want. There is no lift access to the first floor and upper galleries for anyone with mobility difficulties, wheelchairs or pushchairs.
