Visitor lifts out of order
Public lifts are out of order following power cuts and a power surge on 2 December. There is no lift access to the first floor and upper galleries for anyone with mobility difficulties, wheelchairs or pushchairs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, lift engineers are working hard to fix the fault.
Free Entry
There is no need to book a ticket for a general visit. Some special events remain bookable online and through calling the Box Office on 01234 718044 - available Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Details of these events are shown on the book online page here.
