A Place of Wellbeing

The museum is developing its role as a place of wellbeing for local people. Just being in a museum increase peoples’ happiness and sense of wellbeing.

Social Games with free play and coaching. Maximum 2 players per table. Ages 18+



A relaxing and mindful Pilates class taking place in the art gallery. Please bring your own mat. Maximum 14 people. First come, first served on the day. Ages 18+

Social walking group with a drinks stop afterwards. Please observe social distancing guidelines. Maximum 30 people. Ages 18+

Join Music24 for a six week programme exploring Emotional Freedom Technique ('tapping') and Soundbaths. With the help and guidance of our EFT practitioner, Dawn, and our Soundbath technician, Nathan, you can immerse yourself in this lifting experience that supports and improves emotional wellbeing.

Sketch Friday 

Every Friday

11am - 4pm, Free Entry


Explore the galleries and find a painting or object that you would like to sketch. Materials and paper are provided or you can bring in your own. Please do not bring paints or materials that might cause damage to the collections. All levels welcome.
