Week 1 (Monday 26 July) - Sensory Movement

This sensory movement video is aimed at people of any age who love to dance and use fun, sensory based props! The dances are inspired by transport and we will be dancing like airplanes, bikes and much more. Come along and use noisy shakers, colourful scarves and other props to explore fun ways of transport!

You will need the following props during this video:

  • Scarves, tea towels or something else to ‘swish’ with
  • A long object to hold eg a rolling pin or stick
  • Shakers (or some rice, lentils or dry pasta in a jar or Tupperware)
  • Pom poms

A subtitled version is available to watch here.
